Movement Matters: Retrain your Squat

How you move is the key to how you live, the quality of your life.


Squatting is a fundamental movement that we use daily in our life.  You may be thinking squatting as an exercise to strengthen your legs.  Actually, all movements that involve you flexing and extending through your hips are squatting in terms of movement pattern.  Getting in and out of a chair/toilet/car, bending over to pick something up from the floor, etc are all squatting pattern.

In this video, you will observe your fundamental movement pattern (squatting pattern) and discover a new way of moving your body, which will lead to a new sensation and feeling of your body!
