Diane is a certified Pilates, somatic movement educator and yoga instructor, with decades of experience and belief in an integrated whole body approach to movement.
She constantly practices, refines, and explores new avenues of movement potential through the ongoing study of complementary bodywork methods which keeps her instruction alive and evolving.
Whether one-to-one or in a small group session, she guides each client towards a revitalised body. The secret is simple. By working with, not against our bodies, Diane believes each of us can reconnect with our core knowledge to move through life with ease, confidence and joy.
