Playful Moves for Shoulder & Spine Flexibility

This is a simple, fun, focused, way to begin to explore your your shoulder and spine mobility and your (Vestibulo-Ocular Reflex) and VOR cancellation.

Try it with your eyes closed, then explore how different it is to stabilize the gaze on a point or area as you circle the block (VOR) and then to keep your eyes fixed on the block as you move it around (VOR Cancelation).

WHY?..because your nervous system needs to trust that you know where you are, where you are going, and which way is up, otherwise it will limit you (flexibility, strength, speed, etc). It needs to know where your head is in relation to the ground, your rate of acceleration and more. It needs to know that you will not become "lost in space", dizzy or disoriented.

Have fun exploring!
