Hip Hike Challenge helps you find where the work is being done around your pelvis. This challenge is perfect if you’ve noticed any SI joint issues after long walks or runs, pain in the QL area, pain deeper in the piriformis, hip flexor tightness, IT band syndrome or really anything around the pelvis area. Grab a thick book and something to use for balance (or head over to your staircase) and watch the video to see which muscles show up when you place a demand on your hips! Find anything surprising showing up to do the work?
