Wonder how long you are likely to live? And, more importantly, how to optimize your chances of living longer?

Your gait, or rather, how well and how fast you walk is a surprising predictor of health and longevity.

We all know that walking is one of the best things you can do for your health, the more the better.

But did you know that HOW you walk, or your gait cycle, can significantly improve your overall health and longevity.

Try these moves, I did and the heightened awareness about how I stand and organize my body certainly gave me more stability in my balance practice and my walks on the icy Summit.
