As the days grow shorter and the temperatures change let's move together,

to stay strong, flexible & balanced in body and mind.

Sessions fuse Pilates, somatics and yoga to focus on

movement awareness, quality and clarity.

Mon/Wed/Fri 9-10 am .

On a Roll

Tues/Thurs 12:30-1:30

On the foam roller and pilates ball connect to your core.

Pilates Midday Reboot

Mon/Wed/Fri 12:30-1:00

Enjoy the challenge of standing Pilates.

Somatic Moves

Tues/Thurs 5 À 6 .

Moves which pack a powerhouse of benefits.

Roll, Release, Restore

Fri 3-4 PM

Take time to relax, release and restore.
