Feldenkrais Agility Lesson for Supple Feet and Stable Ankles using a ball while sitting. Try with eyes open and eyes closed to help improve foot dexterity and balance.

Great for improving barefoot walking and improve balance for the whole body. Helpful for neuropathy and plantar fasciitis.
