Pilates Triceps Workout


Your triceps are critical muscles for lifting overhead or lowering you towards the ground. But they don’t work in isolation!

These strengthening and toning exercises for the triceps also work your core because of how you are positioned so you get two exercises in one. Mainly you should feel backs of arms (triceps) but your abdominal muscles, hips, back and shoulder and chest muscles all get in on the game to help stabilize your torso while you focus on your arms.
