Make Your Glutes Stronger


The gluteus muscles (your buttocks)—three on either side—are critically important to walking, standing, running, climbing up stairs AND supporting and helping align your torso optimally. But in our driving and sitting culture, they are often extremely under used which can wreak havoc on your joints and muscles. This episode of Mondays with Margot is focused on strengthening these all-important muscles through a series of dynamic yet controlled exercises. As always, try this short routine out and take a break when needed.
