๐Ÿ„๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ In movement, one of the most critical skills we can learn is how to recover our physical and emotional balance.

๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ We may also have to recover our strength, mobility and motor control after an injury, illness, or years of dysfunctional movement patterns

Perhaps our goal is recover cognitive function or visual skills that have declined due to lack of stimulation.

โ˜๐Ÿฝ Then we can consider many different things we must recover from on a daily basis like: poor sleep, excessive screen time, an argument with a ......etc.

โš ๏ธ Recovery and resilience may indeed be our greatest qualities.
