Exercises For Knee Pain

These exercises focus on strengthening and engaging the knees and the muscles that support the movement around the joint. Throughout the day our knees bear a lot of pressure and weight as we walk, climb, jump and run. Keeping the muscles and joints that support the knees healthy and strong will help to prevent future injuries and relieve current pain or strain.
