5 Minute Pilates Warmup


A short, challenging abdominal workout to get your core muscles quivering and build support in your middle especially in the front. Core strength is so important to maintain as it helps build support your spine and as well as the pelvis and hips. This sequence is all done seated so if you feel any strain in the lower back or hips, make sure to take a quick break.
