5 Min. Shoulder Stretch


Our shoulders are one of the most mobile joints in the body and play an imperative role in our ability to move, lift and rotate our arms. The incredible range of motion in our shoulders means that the shoulder joint is more unstable than other joints in the body and therefore more susceptible to injury. Today’s exercises not only work to relieve tension in the shoulders, but also strengthen and mobilize the shoulders to help prevent damage and injury.
