A certified Pilates, yoga and somatic movement instructor with decades of experience, I continue ongoing training so my practice is alive and constantly evolving alongside new paradigm shifts, and thriving ideas, related to fitness, health and wellness.
My approach is holistic, uniting the principles of mind-body practices to meet your individual needs.
